Planned

Additional USSD Providers (Pre-built templates)

While any USSD aggregator can be connected today via custom request mapping, we plan to ship pre-configured templates for popular aggregators to make setup instant.

Deeper AI integration

Expanding the AI Creator to support:

  • AI-assisted node content generation
  • Suggested branching based on flow context
  • Automated flow QA (detecting dead-ends, unreachable nodes)

Internationalisation of the SDK

The flowstudio npm package will support locale-aware content so teams building multilingual flows can work in their language.

Messaging campaigns

A dedicated interface for sending bulk messages via SMS, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram — using the existing Messaging system (Twilio, Wigal, ITC, Hubtel, Mnotify, SES, Resend).

Audit trail

Organisation-level activity log showing who changed what and when — for compliance and debugging.
